We take your right to privacy seriously, and we want you to feel comfortable using this web site, and all websites in the Fidelity Funding Network ("NETWORK"). This privacy policy deals with personally-identifiable information (referred to as "data" below) that may be collected by this site. INFORMATION WE GATHER FROM VISITORS

In common with other websites, log files are stored on the web server saving details such as the visitor's IP address, browser type, referring page and time of the last visit. Additionally, we utilize services of third parties, not owned or directly affiliated with FIDELITY, THE DOMAINS, TRAFFIC or RODAN that provide visitor statistics. This information is detailed in the section titled THIRD PARTY ANALYTICS.

Users who register for services on any of THE DOMAINS may be requested to provide very specific information, such as first and last name, an associated company name, a physical address, a telephone number, email address, and any other data as may be required to initiate a business relationship through THE DOMAINS.

HOW INFORMATION IS USED

The information is used to enhance the vistor's experience when using the website to display personalized content and possibly advertising. Further, information provided for the sale of domains will be stored on servers owned or leased by or on behalf of THE DOMAINS, either directly by FIDELITY, by TRAFFIC or by RODAN.

THIRD PARTY ANALYTICS

THE DOMAINS may utilize analytics and demographic data collection services of third-party vendors ("VENDORS"), including but not limited to Quantcast, Alexa, Omniture, and Google. This third-party analytics and demographic data ("DATA") is used to appropriately track the demographic of our visitor traffic, in order to tailor the services of THE DOMAINS to more accurately service those visitors who use and return to THE DOMAINS for services.

These VENDORS will utilize their own tracking methods and cookies to collect the DATA, which DATA is collected by installing these VENDORS' javascripts, PHP scripts, PERL scripts, and any other other code ("VENDOR CODE") provided by VENDORS.
