The Refund Policy, the Privacy Policy, and the Terms of Use may be modified at any time, without prior notice to the user. It is your responsibility to check for modifications to these policies and terms.
APPLICABLE WEBSITES
This Refund Policy applies to the following domain names, severally and collectively: fidelityfunding.com; investingfunds.com; economicspolicy.com; bestdomainswebsite.com; additional domains may be added to this section, and domains may be removed from inclusion, from time to time.
These domain names (“THE DOMAINS”) are currently hosted collectively on the same server, which server is provided by a third party not affiliated with FIDELITY. THE DOMAINS are owned by FIDELITY, RODAN or corporations or individuals with an interest in FIDELITY, including named individuals on this website.
DOMAIN NAME PURCHASES
All funds shall be held in Escrow for a period of 24 hours, prior to transfer of the purchased domain to the buyer. Once the domain is transferred to the buyer, the SALE IS FINAL. Upon verification of the transfer of the domain name, by reviewing the WHOIS record of the domain name, funds shall be paid to the seller of the domain, after deduction of the applicable brokerage commission to FIDELITY.
Any chargebacks requested after the 24 hour period shall be contested and denied by FIDELITY.
ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS
Additional provisions, for the sale or brokerage of other goods or services through THE DOMAINS and FIDELITY, may be added at any time. Further, additional provisions may be provided on a contractual basis, and case-by-case, as specific circumstances warrant.
